Step UP Emory Step UP Emory thanks you for your support of the Step UP Emory initiatives throughout the year. Review the campaigns since Step UP Emory began in July 2007 by clicking on the ribbons below.
Step UP Emory began with the Take the Stairs campaign, an effort to encourage Emory employees to use the stairs for more exercise throughout the day.
Step UP Emory encouraged employees to complete a HealthQ, an online personalized questionnaire designed to help you identify your current health needs.
For three years, Step UP Emory has provided information to help you have a healthy heart, including a month of Heart Health tips.
Step UP Emory understands the importance of prevention for your overall wellness. In its “Prevention: The Road to Wellness” brochure, Step UP Emory provides information on when men and women should have certain medical tests.
Step UP Emory is committed to nutrition and sustainability. Components included the Mediterranean Diet and sustainability in your food choices.
