Regular exercise is important to health and wellbeing. In addition to helping you obtain or maintain a healthy weight, it can also delay or prevent serious health problem

The CDC recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week. Examples may include walking, dancing, swimming, bicycling, even working in your yard. Strength training may also strengthen your body and improve your overall fitness level.
