How to Connect to the Webcast

At Spiderphone’s home page, look for the header with the tab entitled “Meetings”, place your cursor over this tab and a drop down list will appear.

• Select “Playback A Recording” from the drop down list
• The next screen will ask you for a recording code; enter the recording code registration key for the web cast playback as: 482 763 6361

Once you enter the recording code, you will see a link on the next screen entitled “403b info session” ,click on this link. (you may need to download realplayer if you do not have it for the session to play)

• Shortly a window will open and you will see that the playback is loading.

There is no need to dial in via phone to hear the recording as both visual (PPT) and audio (voice) will be present during the playback. When the playback has loaded and is ready to run, you will hear “recording has started” announced, followed by a short pause before the playback begins. The playback contains the presentation and is followed by a Q&A session. Playback is a total of 59 minutes in length.
